Your Consultation

To schedule your complimentary consultation with Dr. Laskin, please call our offices between the hours of 8:30 and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Your initial visit with Dr. Laskin will last approximately 30 minutes. During your consultation you can talk with Dr. Laskin about your interests and desires, share your concerns and ask any questions you might have.

Dr. Laskin will give you his thoughts about techniques that might be used to achieve your goals and answer all of your questions. You will also receive a written estimate of the cost of the procedure you discuss. Your quote will include Dr. Laskin's fee, surgical or facility fees, as well as any anesthesiology fees.

Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Everyone at our office is at your service

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with a least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Our Financial Policy

Cosmetic surgeries are elective and not covered by insurance plans. Payment for these services must be received two weeks in advance of your surgery date. If surgery is cancelled within two weeks of your scheduled date, a 25% cancellation fee will be retained. This fee will be held on account and can be applied to your future cosmetic procedures.

Financing programs are also available through our office. Please ask for information and an application at your complimentary consultation.

We accept all major credit cards.

In an Emergency

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.   Should an emergency arise, please contact us at 317-706-9600 and
Dr. Laskin will be contacted immediately.
