Payment for Cosmetic Surgery

Cosmetic surgeries are elective and not covered by insurance plans. Payment for these services must be received two weeks in advance of your surgery date. If surgery is cancelled within two weeks of your scheduled date, a 25% cancellation fee will be retained. This fee will be held on account and can be applied to your future cosmetic procedures.
