Our Office in the Old Meridian Medical Center has been designed
to allow patients to receive care in a comfortable and descrete
setting.
From I-465:
Take the North Meridian Street Exit (U.S. 31 North). Proceed
North 3.5 miles to the stoplight for West Carmel Drive. Turn
right and proceed past the Meijer store to the stoplight at
Old Meridian Street. Our building will be on the corner of
Old Meridian Street and West Carmel Drive. Proceed through
the light at Old Meridian and turn right into our parking lot.
